Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment in advance
For bookings more than 8 weeks in advance a 20% deposit is required

Please note we only accept cash or cheques as we have no credit card facilities

If the barn is re-let then we will refund your deposit/booking less £25 for administration
If we cannot re-let the barn then no refund will be made
(It is advisable to purchase holiday insurance to cover cancellation)

Child Policy

Due to the layout of the barn I'm afraid we cannot cater for children under the age of 10 years old.

Check-in and departure

The barn will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival
We ask that you vacate the property by 10:30am on your day of departure

Smoking Policy

This is a non-smoking building, but there is ample space in the courtyard, including an Arbor, to indulge yourself with a cigarette or fine cigar.

Pet Policy

Only by prior agreement are pets allowed in the property, but we are flexible so don't be afraid to ask. There are many suitable walks in the locale and we are ideally positioned to just walk out of the door and be in the countryside.
